Terms & Conditions
Effective date: June 29, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of Runshop ("Application" or "Service"), including the Runshop mobile app and Runshop Web, provided by Runshop ("Service Provider"). By creating an account, accessing, or using Runshop you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts & Eligibility
Runshop requires a non-anonymous account, created through the Runshop mobile app using Apple, Google, or email/password sign-in. Runshop Web is a companion tool for existing account holders and does not provide separate registration or anonymous access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. License & Acceptable Use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use Runshop for your store-tracking and data-import activities. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor use it for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others, or to upload data you do not have the right to use.
3. Your Data
You are responsible for the store and business data you enter or import into Runshop and for ensuring you have the right to process it. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process, and sync it solely in order to provide the Service.
4. Service Changes & Availability
Runshop evolves regularly. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We are not liable if the Service is unavailable or does not function on a particular device, browser, or OS version. Installing updates may be required to continue using the mobile app.
5. Connectivity & Charges
Runshop requires an active internet connection to sign in and sync data. You are responsible for any data or network charges and for keeping your device functional.
6. Third-Party Services
Runshop relies on Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) to operate. These services are governed by their own terms and policies, and their availability may affect the Service. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, and content appearing in Runshop remain the property of the Service Provider or their respective owners. These Terms do not grant you rights to use our branding except as necessary to use the Service.
8. Liability
Runshop is provided AS IS without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service. If your local law does not allow limitations of liability, the maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use Runshop.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to Runshop immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users, the Service Provider, or third parties. You may stop using Runshop at any time. These Terms remain in effect until terminated and shall survive termination to the extent necessary.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Taiwan.
